The office of Gary A Galante OD PC has been an eye care center in Glen Cove, NY, since 1946. Gary took over the business in 1993 and has been in the industry for over 30 years.

We are members of the American Optometric Association, and NYSOA. We are also Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agent (TPA) certified, an authorized Varilux distributor, and an affiliate of The Laser Center (TLC).

Dr. Gary A. Galante
Dr. Galante is a graduate of Adelphi University. He received his doctorate from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA.

He has been in practice for over 34 years. Dr. Galante was born and raised in Glen Cove, where the practice is currently located.
Lynda Goodenow
Lynda Goodenow has been with the practice for 11 years as a professional office assistant.

She is well-versed in all phases of insurance information and is trained in frame selection and style consultation.
Ryan R Grella
He is a licensed optician. He is dedicated to the workmanship, edging and assembly of prescription eyewear within the practice.
